An incredible effort allowed the Garaway boys’ cross country team to qualify for state for the fifth straight time and seventh time in school history. The Pirates were paced by their senior leader, Nathan Millet, who placed fourth in the race with a time of 16:43.7.
“He has been strong all year long, and continues to be the rock we need up front. B.J. has been right there with him in terms of consistency,” said Millet’s coach Chuck Zobel.
